Regular Collections

When accounts are placed for direct third party collection, our collectors begin their efforts immediately. The first debtor contact is a telephone call requesting full settlement of the account. If the debtor has a dispute, we request documentation of their claim and forward it to our client for their advice. CSI will work out arrangements for payments if debtors are unable to pay the bill in full.

Status letters are sent daily via e-mail, fax or U.S. Mail. CSI also provides a monthly recap status report on all accounts.  A report is at your fingertips whenever management asks what is happening with accounts that are placed for collection. If you have a question on an assigned account, call and request a verbal update. We promise to provide one within sixty (60) seconds of your request. If desired, we'll fax a full status report to you within minutes. Statistical reports showing account activity are provided monthly. These reports are easy to understand and complete in their format. They will save you untold hours monthly. Monies are remitted to our clients, net of our fees, after the debtor's check has cleared CSI's client trust account. This assures us no remittances are made on NSF checks. Invoices are processed upon your report of payment.

Our policy is to have a definite commitment, payment schedule or promissory note within 90 days or the file will be closed or sent for legal action. Only on your prior arrangements or extraordinary circumstances will we deviate from this policy.
